Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Allison has long fostered a fascination with “life issues” and how understanding the human process can unravel and solve these difficulties. For more than 20 years Amy Sherman has been working in the helping field, inspiring others to live their best life. She has a master’s degree in counseling/psychology from Vermont College and has worked with individuals and couples struggling with personal and professional issues that have kept them from the happiness and joy they deserve.
She founded Baby Boomers’ Network as a resource for boomers to transition through midlife using the healthiest, most effective coping skills. As a boomer herself, she is aware of the special issues boomers face and is committed to helping other reinvent themselves and reach their ideal goals.
Amy’s newest book, co-authored with her sister, Rosalind Sedacca, CCT, is titled, 99 Things Women Wish They Knew Before Dating After 40, 50 & Yes, 60! # Angela Clack
Dr. Angela Roman Clack is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in New Jersey. She earned her doctorate in 2002 with a degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Washington, D.C. She has taught, supervised and provided training in specific areas related to children, youth and their families.
Practicing in the field of mental health for over 15 years, Dr. Clack has developed a specialty in working with youth who have emotional and behavioral disturbances, learning difficulties, and youth and adults who present with trauma history and trauma related behaviors. She has worked extensively with youth in out of home placements, including residential treatment settings, secure juvenile facilities, and within the foster care system.
# Becky Bringewatt
Becky Bringewatt has worked in the mental health field for almost twenty years — with abused children, families, couples, women with addictions, women leaving violent relationships, and aging adults with dementia. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, North Africa, and can speak other languages.
Becky received a Master’s degree from Naropa University’s Transpersonal Counseling Psychology program in 2005 and has been licensed as a psychotherapist in the state of Colorado since 2007. She is also a National Certified Counselor (through the NBCC). She has therapy experience with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families with a focus on trauma and navigating through life’s transitions.
# Brooke Campbell
Brooke is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Registered Drama Therapist, Board Certified Trainer, Professional Actor, Director, and Writer. Brooke was named “NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Doc” in the category of psychotherapy for 2013 by the clients she serves and was featured in NJ Family magazine. Brooke is a guest lecturer at New York University.
Brooke has extensive experience working with autism, mental illness, trauma, women’s issues, parenting topics, eating disorders, children, elderly, and individuals who have suffered from various forms of abuse. Brooke served several years as the Coordinator and team supervisor of a research-based creative arts therapy program for children exposed to family violence.
# Elayne Daniels
As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Elayne Daniels provides psychotherapy and consultation services to men and women, adolescents and adults. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with specialized training and certification in yoga integrated psychotherapy for people with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and/or trauma.
She has taught psychology courses at several colleges; presented at professional conferences on the topics of eating disorders, body image, and sexuality; and published in professional journals. She has been the featured guest on radio and television programs as well as on a variety of blogs.

Kristen Brown is an author, certified life coach, workshop facilitator and lecturer. She offers in-person coaching, group workshops and worldwide tele-coaching.
After suffering a profound betrayal in 2009, Kristen made the marked decision to heal herself and her disempowered behaviors for good. Although she didn’t know what her healing work would bring, she now fondly refers to it as: Awakening To Self-Worth. # Randi Gunther
Dr. Randi Gunther is a clinical psychologist and marriage counselor practicing in Southern California. In her forty year career, she has accumulated over 90,000 face-to-face hours with individuals and couples. She has inspired hundreds of people in her workshops and lectures to go beyond their limitations and create successful relationships. A practical idealist, she encourages her patients to give up their negative entanglements and to pursue their dreams.
Dr. Gunther and her husband met when they were in their teens and have continued their mutual devotion for over sixty years. They feel that the principles and skills in this book are what have successfully guided them on their journey through life together.
Dr. Gunther is the author of Relationship Saboteurs: Overcoming the Ten Behaviors that Undermine Love, When Love Stumbles: How to Rediscover Love, Trust, and Fulfillment in your Relationship and Heroic Love.

Sally Leboy is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, practicing in San Diego County for over 25 years. During this time, she has developed a particular expertise and reputation for working with relationship issues. Being in an intimate relationship is probably life’s greatest challenge. Creating a partnership, having children, and retaining a focus on your own personal growth and needs requires a juggling act that most will undertake, but not easily!
The drive towards intimacy (relationship) must coexist and hopefully flourish with the equally powerful drive towards self-fulfillment. She has spent the greater part of her professional life addressing this paradox.
